This week 7RR had the opportunity to participate in a workshop led by the Made for More team. The aim of the workshop was to equip pupils with practical knowledge to promote healthier living along with developing coping strategies for mental well-being and resilience.

Today some of our Year 3’s joined with the Year 3’s from St Brigid’s to make their Sacrament of Reconciliation. The boys and girls thought about the times that they didn’t show love and they said that they were sorry. A big thank you to Fr McCaughan, Fr McGuckien and all the staff at St Brigid’s for their warm welcome.

This morning, the children in Year 2 all enjoyed a Teddy Bears' Picnic . Although the weather meant we stayed indoors, the children still enjoyed having it in the class! They then listened to Goldilocks and the Three Bears before taking their teddies outside for a teddy toddle.

Year 7 had a great day celebrating being an Integrated School by using this year’s theme ‘Better Together’ and having fun with our friends. We started with a visit to Megaw Park in the morning where we enjoyed playing together at the park. After lunch we enjoyed playing board games and singing together. We had a lovely time and all these activities were much better completed together!

Today we held a special celebration day to mark Integrated Education month. The theme for this year is ‘Better Together’ and our classes began the day with discussions around the impact it has when complete activities alone or together with others.
