The boys and girls in Mrs Boreland and Mrs Duggan’s class have been exploring their new topic ‘Splish,Splash,Splosh during outdoor learning. They investigated which items would float of sink in a shipwreck, built an obstacle course to escape from a pirate and programmed a bee-bit through the beach. They used the ocean create masks to dramatise a story, illustrated and underwater scene and used their numeracy skills to count pirate treasure.
