On Wednesday morning a selection of pupils from across the school were invited to a viewing of the Lyric Theatre’s Eco-friendly show ‘Wastebusters’. The performance included a full stage show with music, sound, props and vibrant costumes. Pupils gained further knowledge on the three actions to create a ‘zero waste day’. They practised sorting rubbish into plastics, paper and other items. They also learned new ways to reduce, reuse and recycle in order to help wildlife, the environment and build biodiversity as an Eco-School and across the whole community.
