Throughout this week we have been focusing on Mental Health and Wellbeing and the importance of sharing our feelings, individual relaxation time and building our sense of belonging. We followed the five themes of the ‘Take 5’ initiative to get active, keep learning about relaxation techniques and take notice of our pulse, breathing and emotional regulation.
We celebrated Safer Internet Day by taking part in BBC Live Teach to build awareness of staying safe online, spotting scams and dealing with reporting of unkind activity.
The final aspect of the week was to support Autism NI through dressing up for Superhero Day, we shared each of our strengths, talents and designed our own superheroes to promote our unique abilities.
