Today in PE, our Year 6 pupils dove into a dynamic dance lesson full of creativity and movement! We began with a fun warm-up game called Ocean Motion, where we moved around the hall like different types of waves—rolling, crashing, rippling—each with its own unique action and energy.
Building on our previous learning about the Waves of Tory dance, we then worked in small groups to choreograph our own short traditional dance routines. Pupils showed fantastic teamwork and imagination, blending traditional steps with their own flair.
To finish, each group performed their routine to the class—and wow, what a show!
