Outdoor Classroom Day Uk Thursday 21st May 2026, was celebrated in our school with all classes taking part in engaging, fun and interesting activities outdoors, in our fabulous school grounds. The boys and girls in Mrs Murphy’s class enjoyed finding out about the Life Cycle of the Butterfly at first hand. There was great excitement as we watched our fully grown caterpillars emerge into stunning butterflies and fly away in our school grounds. We also had great fun outdoors, applying our mathematical problem- solving skills to investigate and talk about together in our teams, the different area of shapes. Finally, the boys and girls in Mrs Murphy’s class and Yr 4 pupils in Mrs Mack’s class had a super, curious afternoon in our amazing School Outdoor Classroom Area, searching, observing and identifying for Minibeasts in our school grounds. A super Outdoor Learning Day, was held in our school on Thursday 21st May, to celebrate the Outdoor Classroom Day UK 2026.
